The company started its activity in 1970 under the name Centrala Techniczna. From the beginning it was headed by Stanisław Kupczyk. At that time, the company was supplying tools and power tools for individual customers and enterprises of the Krakow market. In 1990 it was transformed and received the name Firma Handlowa Kupczyk s.c. The co-owners of the company are Stanisław Kupczyk and his son Dariusz. With the passage of time and changing economic and economic conditions in Poland, the company is experiencing dynamic development and gaining wider markets. In 2001 it changed its name to "Kupczyk" Spółka Jawna.

During this period, it is already one of the largest companies in Małopolska operating in the compressors, tools and power tools industry. Today is the position of the importer and general representative of leading European manufacturers of hand tools, pneumatic tools, power tools, compressors, carpentry machines, construction machines, welding equipment, rectifiers, tools for installers and others.
